I am working in Search throughout my life, next to setting up two companies. The first company was recently acquired by Lee Hecht Harrison and focusses on Dual Career Support to the accompanying spouse of an international hire. The second company is KennedyFitch that I started in 2008, together with my husband and partner at work, Ruud Rikhof. In my search background I have always worked on the brink of emerging markets and growth/change and transformation, for blue chip companies and across Pharma, FMCG, B2B and PE backed companies.

The leadership that I envision can only be achieved by people whose actions reflect the privilege of their exceptional position and great responsibility. People who link their responsibility to a modest attitude of service.

Coaching

The words of wisdom will come from your Leaders. I will team up and stand with you in the arena to help you realize your potential. Hold up a mirror so you can see your blind spots and hold you accountable for working through your sore spots. I will see it my responsibility for making you better and dearly wish that you enjoy sharing the credits for your accomplishments with your team. As in the end, every good leader, is a good coach!
