I help senior leaders and HR executives increase their collective impact, lead with purpose, and unleash the human potential in their workforce. My cross-industry and international experience spans across leadership development and executive and senior team coaching, organizational effectiveness and leading healthy organizations, strategy alignment, business transformations and culture/behavior change in several mid to very large sized organizations. As an executive, I managed global teams of up to 30 senior practitioners and was responsible for large-scale change programs, coaching senior executives and their leadership teams, and delivering globally consistent leadership training programs. As a consultant, I have been on both sides of the table when working at Accenture Management Consulting in the Talent & Organization Performance practice (with clients in oil/gas, technology, telecommunications, government, financial sector and FMCG) and as an internal consultant in organization effectiveness and change at JPMorgan Chase and Royal Dutch Shell.
Most of today’s challenges that organizations face are complex and requires a collective and thoughtful approach. My style is to be rigorous, straight, tailored, work in co-creation with multi-disciplinary teams, and results-focused. I often bring out-of-the-box perspectives that challenges the thinking and work with robust diagnostic tools. Clients and partners often comment on my ability to form strong partnerships and relationships, bringing a constructive challenge to conventional paradigms and think outside-the-box and bring a deep passion for helping organizations align their purpose, business and people strategy.
As executive coach I have over 1,000 coaching hours of helping senior leaders improve their impact, discover and better use their strengths, overcome barriers and mental blocks to achieve goals that didn’t seem attainable. Combining realism with optimism, and a genuine desire to help each leader succeed, I build trust easily and don’t shy away from asking hard questions.
As a Team coach, I support senior leadership teams to achieve what they often struggle to achieve without expert help; having strong inclusion and diversity in their own team practices; shared understanding of their main stakeholders and what value their team(s) deliver to each; forge deeper levels of trust and collaboration; finding their collective purpose and agreeing on a strategy that they all support and cascade.
