About ME
For 20 years, I have been working as a People & Culture leader in Center of Expertises (Talent Management , Organisational Development, Learning and Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition) or as an HR Generalist with increasing responsibilities and a proven track record at local, regional, global, and corporate levels. In this context, I was exposed to both, hands-on HR operations and strategic HR work, in Startups/Scale-ups/Small and Mid-sized Enterprises and “Blue Chips” across multiple industries (IT, Telecommunication, Media, Healthcare, Fair) in both mature and hyper-growth markets as well as different regions. In total, I have worked and lived in 5 countries (Germany, UK, Switzerland, Russia, Canada) and collaborated with teams and leaders from all regions of our beautiful world.

As a Partner, I can help you: 1) as an external partner or in a CPO a.i. mandate through the entire Employee lifecycle from setting up an organisation to closing down an organisation and everything that comes in between, 2) identifying and assessing high potential talent for leadership roles in your organisation (external talent as well as internal talent), and 3) by acting as a sparring partner/project manager in the HR-related areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Team Effectiveness, Coaching or facilitation for large leadership events.
