In my HR career over the past 20 years, I built my career in high growth, business turnaround and downsizing situations. People Strategy, Organization & Cultural Change, Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Team Effectiveness have been recurring topics on my HR Agenda. I have really enjoyed building my international experience across a variety of businesses and geographies in HR Business Partner roles, as well as in expertise roles in Talent Management, Capability Building and International Mobility. Having lived in India for several years, this part of the world remains a special passion.

Consultancy

I like to meet every client where they are: taking your reality and context as a starting point in defining our priorities and approach. I thrive in collaborative partnerships, where we can co create and jointly realize successful implementation of your aspirations. I bring positivity and energy, pragmatism, solidity, and a kind challenge.

Coaching

I believe the key to change lies within ourselves. Especially during my years of working internationally and living abroad (in India), I have learnt the world will not adjust to me. Rather, I have the power and responsibility to find a way of being effective in different contexts, while staying true to who I am. With this principle in mind, I like empowering people to define what they can do in any reality. What is your part in this challenge or opportunity? What do you need, to be ready to act in the way that helps you and your situation forward? I’m certified as Facilitator & Coach for Leadership Transformation by Aberkyn (now McKinsey) and like to use a range of instruments and perspectives, learnt during education as well as experienced in practice.
