OUR SPEAKERS
Devyani Vaishampayan is the Managing Partner of the HR TECH Partnership, a People Tech Investment venture whose investors are all senior Non- Executive / Corporate Directors. Set up in London in 2016 the focus of the People TECH Fund is investment in Employee/Talent Digital Technology start-ups. The HR TECH Partnership also runs Human Capital Digital Innovation Hubs which help corporates/HR teams learn and experiment around the ‘Future of Work’. Prior to this, Devyani has been an International and multi-sector Group CHRO and board member effectively leading large, diverse and multi- billion complex organizations through transformational change. She has done global roles in successful organizations across various industries such as Citibank, AT&T, British Gas, Rolls Royce and Petronas. Having lived and worked in China, Singapore and Europe (and managed teams in the Americas & Middle East) she is very international in her outlook. Devyani is considered a Thought Leader around the Future of Work and blends a unique perspective of digital innovation/investment along with the practical perspective of a practitioner.
Ronald Bekker works for the Randstad Innovation Fund, the corporate venture firm of the Randstad Group. Educated as engineer and marketeer he first worked in IT, project & change management with multinationals in Europe. Later he joined an HR tech startup in Amsterdam which is now part of Deloitte Human Capital. From 2008 he worked in Germany in several executive positions in business development, operations and strategy. Since 2017 he drives the adoption of the digital solutions of the fund’s investments within Randstad and its clients. Ronald will share how the Randstad Innovation Fund looks at trends & innovations and how to translate them into challenges/opportunities for HR; how they do the selection of technology when the choices are made and how these innovations are tested and scaled within an organisation.
Ruud Rikhof. After 25 years in corporate life with companies like Novartis, UBS, IBM and Bristol-Myers Squibb, he turned entrepreneur and co-founded KennedyFitch, a management consulting and executive search boutique with a deep specialization in human resources. Over the recent years the company has built a research body and has regularly published about the Future of work, the Future of HR and about Employee Experience. Next to his executive search practice he regularly consults and runs in-company workshops for HR leaders how they can prepare for a new world in HR. He also is the co-founder of the BeyondHRForum and advisor to the Swiss Startup Factory.
