For our upcoming KennedyFitch AI in HR Report, we are gathering input from the people closest to this shift: HR leaders shaping the agenda, HR professionals using AI in their daily work and the people building AI-enabled HR solutions.
What the research explores
The report will look at where AI is already being used in HR, where adoption is still fragmented, why scaling is harder than piloting, and what capabilities HR teams will need next. We will combine survey findings with real implementation stories from organisations already applying AI in HR.
