AI in HR Report Launch

FROM HYPE TO IMPACT

Today we’re launching From Hype to Impact, our new AI in HR report.

At KennedyFitch, we believe the most important question about AI is not simply what technology can do, but what kind of work and organisations we want to create with it. With that in mind, we created From Hype to Impact together with the HR community. We brought together insights from 200+ HR practitioners, 30+ AI creators and nine real-world organisational cases to better understand what is actually happening as AI moves into practice.

The report brings together research findings, 9 real-world use cases, seven vision statements to challenge our thinking and a perspective on what comes next. How do we rethink work? Where is human judgement essential? What capabilities do we need to build? And how do we make sure the value AI creates benefits both the business and its people?

Thank you to the 200+ HR professionals and 30+ AI creators who contributed to our research. Your perspectives and experiences helped us stay close to what is really happening inside organisations.

And a special thank you to Alex Terpstra and Frank van Elsen from ABN AMRO, Christoph Abendroth and Sundara Kanchana from Bayer, Norbert Modal from BD, Sergio Caredda from Campari Group, Joachim Decock and Volker Schrank from Mondelēz International, Akhilesh Nair from NTT DATA, Emily Yang from Standard Chartered, Kris Legroe from Virgin Media O2, and Mattijs Mol and Ira Alenius from Wärtsilä.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights for the nine real-world cases featured in our report. Your openness about what is working, the challenges you face and what you are learning along the way brings an important practical perspective to the report.

The technology will continue to change. The bigger question is what we choose to build around it.
