Steve will further strengthen our People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning & Management practice, working closely alongside Patrick Coolen to support clients in making sharper, more forward-looking workforce decisions.
A Proven Leader in People Analytics and Workforce Strategy
Steve brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of human capital, transformation, and commercial strategy. He has advised complex, global organisations on critical workforce challenges, building and leading enterprise-scale People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning functions that enable a shift from fragmented reporting to insight-led, value-driven decision-making.
Most recently, Steve served as Global Head of People Insight, Analytics and Workforce Management at Standard Chartered, where he led an international team of up to 100 professionals across Asia and Europe. He set the strategic direction for people analytics and workforce management across more than 60 markets. Across his career, including senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Steve has built scalable capabilities, strengthened governance, and supported enterprise-wide transformation.
