KennedyFitch is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefano Delli Veneri as Partner. Based in Milan, Stefano brings close to 20 years of experience spanning executive search, leadership assessment, talent advisory, and commercial leadership roles. His appointment further strengthens KennedyFitch’s capabilities across Italy and Europe, particularly within FMCG, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, and Life Sciences.

A Unique Combination of Business and Advisory Experience

Stefano’s career has been shaped by an uncommon combination of operational leadership and executive advisory experience. Approximately half of his professional journey was spent inside organizations in sales and country management roles, while the other half has been dedicated to executive search and HR advisory within international firms and boutique consultancies across Europe.

This dual perspective enables Stefano to approach leadership challenges with a deep understanding of both business realities and organizational dynamics. Having experienced first-hand the complexities of leading teams and driving commercial performance, he brings a pragmatic and highly contextual approach to advising clients.

Building Leadership Teams That Drive Business Success

Throughout his career, Stefano has led executive search assignments at C-suite and leadership team level, supported organizations through leadership assessment initiatives, and advised clients on talent strategy, organizational design, and compensation matters.

His expertise extends across leadership assessment, including Hogan-based evaluations, helping organizations identify leadership potential, strengthen executive teams, and make informed decisions about talent and succession. Working with clients across a broad range of industries, Stefano has developed a reputation for helping organizations navigate critical people decisions that have a lasting impact on business performance and culture.

A Different Perspective on Executive Search

What distinguishes Stefano is his belief that executive search and leadership advisory should be driven by understanding rather than transactions.

In an industry often focused on speed and placement outcomes, Stefano has built his practice around a different principle: taking the time to understand the underlying challenge, asking difficult questions, and providing honest counsel – even when it means challenging assumptions or redefining the brief.

Having spent years inside organizations before moving into consulting, he understands the pressures leaders face and the consequences of getting key people decisions wrong. His philosophy is simple: the goal is never merely to fill a role, but to leave clients better equipped to lead and better prepared for the challenges ahead.

Strengthening KennedyFitch’s Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Capabilities

In his role as Partner at KennedyFitch, Stefano will focus on:

  • Executive Search
  • Career Transition Advisory
  • People Strategy
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Experience
  • Leadership Development
  • Change Management
  • Purpose & Culture

His expertise will help clients strengthen leadership capability, make better talent decisions, and build organizations prepared for long-term success.

We are delighted to welcome Stefano to KennedyFitch and look forward to the experience, insight, and perspective he brings to our clients, partners, and colleagues.
