About ME

I bring close to 20 years of professional experience – roughly half built inside companies, in sales and country management roles, and half in executive search and HR advisory across international firms and boutique practices operating in Italy and Europe. That combination is not accidental: working inside organizations before advising them shaped how I read business situations, understand operational trade-offs, and speak the language of the people I work with.

Over my years in search and advisory, I have led mandates at C-suite and leadership team level, delivered Hogan-based assessments, and supported organizations in building stronger leadership teams and making better decisions about talent and structure.

How do I serve as the antidote to the stereotype? The executive search industry is often transactional by design – focused on speed, volume and closing. I built my practice on a different assumption: that the most useful thing a trusted partner can do is slow down, understand the real problem, and be honest about what they find – even when that means pushing back on the brief.

Having spent years inside companies before moving into consulting, I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the table. The goal is never to fill a role – it is to leave the client better equipped to lead, with someone they can call again when the next difficult question comes up.

My work spans Italy and Europe, and I operate at the intersection of business complexity and human dynamics – helping leaders and organizations make better decisions about talent, structure, and change.
