With over 20 years of international experience across Financial Services, Telecommunications, and cultural organizations, I have built my career at the intersection of Human Resources, Strategy, Transformation and Communications.

I have served on Executive Committees and Boards and brought strategy to life by leading diverse teams to create lasting impact.

I bring a deep background in HR, spanning the full Employee Value Proposition, from Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development to Employee Experience, DEI, and Digital Innovation.

I am passionate about connecting the right leaders with the right opportunities.

I strongly believe in the power of education and leadership development. I have overseen global graduate and leadership programs to nurture the next generation of leaders, and I remain deeply committed to continuous learning, helping individuals and organizations grow through curiosity and development.

I actively support startups in different forms and I am serving as a board member of the Harvard Business School Club of Italy.

Having lived and worked in Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, Ireland, the US, and Asia, I bring a strong global perspective and a belief in cultural diversity as a catalyst for growth.

Inspired by my background in music and opera, I see leadership as orchestration: bringing together diverse voices to create meaningful impact!
