Caroline brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic HR, leadership development, change management, and executive coaching, further strengthening KennedyFitch’s capabilities in leadership advisory and people transformation.
Over 25 Years of Strategic HR and Leadership Expertise
Caroline has built a multifaceted career across consulting, executive coaching, talent and leadership development, and senior HR leadership roles within global corporates, complex family-owned businesses, and fast-growing technical service environments.
With a background as a CHRO, executive coach, and supervisory board member, she combines strategic insight with hands-on HR leadership and a deep understanding of people and organizational dynamics. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided organizations through transformation, cultural change, leadership challenges, and periods of significant growth.
From Neuroscience to Organizational Transformation
Caroline began her professional journey as a neuroscientist, completing a PhD before discovering her passion for understanding how people and organizations evolve. Since then, she has dedicated her career to helping businesses and leaders thrive in complex and changing environments.
Since 2008, she has combined corporate leadership positions with independent executive coaching, supporting senior executives and high-potential talent across a wide range of industries. She also serves as a supervisory board member in the professional services sector and has been recognized nationally for her work in HR technology and innovation.
