About ME

I have a proven track record (over 25 years of experience) in strategic HR, change management, data drivenness and organizational-, leadership- & talent development. I have built a multifaceted career across consulting, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, and senior HR leadership within global corporates, complex familyowned businesses, and fastgrowing technical service environments. 

I began my career as a neuroscientist, but after my PhD I realized that my true passion lay not in publishing in leading scientific journals, but in understanding how people and organizations evolve. I thrive in challenging circumstances—whether rebuilding organizational foundations, shaping culture, taking difficult decisions, or guiding growth—and I support senior leaders and highpotential talent through pivotal moments in their development.

Since 2008, I have combined my corporate roles with independent executive coaching, working with leaders across a diverse range of industries. I also serve as a supervisory board member in the professional services sector and have been recognized in national HR awards for my work in HR technology and innovation.

How I can help YOU

As a CHRO, an executive- and a supervisory board member and a qualified and accredited executive coach, I collaborate with supervisory- and executive boards and CHRO’s mainly to optimize the HR-function or in specific projects such as large transitions, rebuilding organizational foundations, shaping culture and acquisitions.

I often act as an external stabilizer and accelerator for firsttime CHROs or CHROs/CEOs who find themselves confronted with new, complex, or politically sensitive situations. These are moments where the role suddenly expands beyond functional expertise and requires a broader understanding of governance, influence, and organizational dynamics.  

In these moments, leaders benefit from a trusted, experienced external partner who brings perspective, calm, and clarity — someone who helps them read the dynamics, choose the right interventions, and strengthen their leadership presence while keeping the organization moving forward.
