Why this step

Across industries, organizations are rethinking how leadership, people strategy and technology come together. HR is increasingly operating not only as a strategic partner but also as an engine of execution. This requires HR organizations that are well-designed, digitally enabled and able to translate people strategy into real value add for the business.

By welcoming ASHQ, we bring together complementary expertise that allows us to support clients more broadly across the full HR transformation journey and across Europe.

What this means for our clients

Current clients of ASHQ will continue to work closely with Jolanda and her team as their trusted point of contact. For KennedyFitch clients, the addition of ASHQ brings additional expertise in HR transformation, HR technology and people data. This allows us to support organizations not only in leadership and people strategy, but also in the design, digital enablement and practical execution of the HR function. Together we can support organizations more broadly in strengthening their HR function and translating people strategy into practical execution.

“Our ambition has always been to help organizations modernize their HR functions and translate technology and data into real value for both people and the business. Joining KennedyFitch allows us to bring that expertise into a broader context and support clients in a more integrated and impactful way.”
