My background has developed across recruitment, HR operations, HR technology implementation and HR transformation, giving me a broad perspective on how organisations design and improve their people processes.
Over time, I have worked in different environments where I was exposed to both the people side and the system side of HR, which shaped my interest in how these come together in practice. This has led me to focus on bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional challenges where alignment is needed to move forward.
