With a background in public administration, I have worked across advisory, project and team leadership roles in the public sector and more recently in HR transformation. I have experience supporting organizations in improving and digitalizing HR processes, often working at the intersection of operations, stakeholders and systems. My strength lies in quickly understanding new environments, structuring complexity and helping teams move from ideas to execution.
