Throughout my career, I have partnered with organizations across financial services, the public sector, education, healthcare, retail, and commercial industries to transform the way HR supports people and business. Having worked both within HR and in consulting, I combine an understanding of operational HR with expertise in digital HR transformation, project leadership, and change management. I help organizations optimize HR processes, implement HR technology, and successfully navigate complex transformation programmes by connecting people, processes, and technology.

My strength lies in translating business needs into practical, people-centered solutions that create sustainable adoption and lasting organizational impact.
