About ME
In terms of experience, I bring over 20 years of working at the intersection of HR and technology. I’ve been involved in HR transformation and system implementations internationally, both on the client side and from a vendor perspective. At Pon, a Dutch family-owned company operating internationally, I was part of an ERP implementation across multiple countries, where I also worked on implementing various HR tools. That gave me solid experience in working in complex, international environments.
After that, I spent several years at Cegid, formerly Talentsoft, where I specialised in implementing learning and development systems and core HR platforms, supporting organizations across the Benelux and beyond. In my current role at KennedyFitch, I continue to support organizations with digital HR transformation, focusing on making the right technology choices and ensuring successful implementation.
