All peer groups are facilitated by Sander de Bruijn. He brings deep hands-on experience in building and scaling Employee Experience in complex and highly regulated environments, with a strong understanding of what it takes to earn buy-in, prove value, and make change stick.

Sander is an experienced leader in Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Marketing & Communications, with more than 20 years of experience across Financial Services, Telecom, Professional Services, Media, and Entertainment. Over the years, he has led a wide variety of EX and CX initiatives and built high-performing teams in complex business environments. His focus is on making the complex simple and helping leaders create measurable impact.
