We are looking for a
CONSULTANT STRATEGIC HR & TRANSFORMATION
As organizations navigate rapid technological change, evolving workforce expectations and increasing demands for agility, the intersection of people, technology and transformation has never been more important.
We are looking for a Strategic HR Technology & Transformation Consultant who is passionate about helping organizations build future-ready people functions, make better technology decisions and deliver meaningful transformation that creates lasting impact.
In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders, CHROs, CTO’s, HR teams and transformation stakeholders to design and deliver people-focused transformation initiatives.
You will advise clients on HR technology strategy, workforce transformation, operating model design and organizational effectiveness. Rather than focusing solely on systems implementation, you will help clients answer bigger questions:
- How should HR evolve to support future business needs?
- What role should technology play in creating better employee experiences?
- How can organizations realize value from digital transformation investments?
- How can leadership, culture and technology work together to enable change?
As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients from strategy through execution, helping them make confident decisions that strengthen organizational performance and workforce outcomes.

Partner with executive leadership teams to define HR transformation priorities, people strategies and future operating models.
HR Technology Strategy
Assess current HR technology landscapes and advise on future-state technology strategies that align with business and workforce objectives.
Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness
Support clients in redesigning processes, governance structures and ways of working to create more agile, effective and digitally enabled organizations.
Vendor Selection & Technology Evaluation
Guide clients through technology assessments, market evaluations and vendor selection processes, ensuring investments are aligned with long-term strategic goals.
Business Case Development
Build compelling business cases and value frameworks that demonstrate the organizational and people impact of transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change
Facilitate collaboration between HR, IT and business leaders to create alignment, drive adoption and support successful transformation outcomes.

- Comfortable working independently in entrepreneurial environments.
Personal Characteristics
