Working alongside KennedyFitch Partners, in this role you will contribute to client engagements across both People Advisory and Leadership & Transformation. As a Senior Consultant Leadership, Learning & Transformation, you will work closely with senior leaders, HR teams and client stakeholders to design and deliver learning interventions.

These interventions can be a part of a leadership development program or an upskilling journey, where we enable our clients to learn, practice and reflect. They can also be part of a consulting project focused on organizational or cultural transformation, whereby we help surface and share knowledge and needs present in the clients organization. Regardless of the project, the red thread in your work will be helping organizations translate their strategic ambitions into meaningful learning journeys and experiences that create sustainable behavioural change, skills development and measurable business impact.

This role offers the opportunity to combine consulting, facilitation, learning design and business development within an entrepreneurial and international environment. You will also play an important role in shaping new propositions, developing thought leadership and contributing to the continued growth of KennedyFitch’s Leadership & Transformation practice together with our Partners.

We are looking for someone who combines consulting capability with strong facilitation and learning design expertise.

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Transformation Consulting or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning interventions and experiences, both digital, virtual and in-person.
  • Experience with facilitation and / or creating psychologically safe learning environments.
  • Experience working directly with middle and senior leadership populations in an international environment.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate client challenges into practical interventions.

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Experience integrating assessments into leadership development programs.
  • Team effectiveness and leadership team development expertise.
  • Experience supporting culture change and transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to executive coaching and peer group coaching methodologies.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and technology-enabled learning solutions.
  • Interest in AI applications and experimental learning approaches.
  • Experience developing scalable learning propositions and frameworks..

Languages

  • English mandatory.
  • German strongly preferred, particularly for Swiss and DACH-based clients.
  • Additional European languages are highly valued.

Employment & Location

Open to direct employment (NL/CH) or contractor arrangements (rest of EU). You must have the right to work in the EU or CH.

Ways of Working

We are hybrid-first and flexible, with clients located across Europe. Zurich and Amsterdam are key KennedyFitch hubs, but we welcome applications from professionals across Europe. Candidates based in Switzerland and/or fluent in German are of particular interest given our growing client portfolio and ambitions in the Swiss market.
