We are looking for a
CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE SEARCH
As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for an Executive Search Consultant to deliver leadership search assignments and contribute to broader people consulting work. You’ll partner with KennedyFitch Partners to deliver executive and senior leadership search assignments across industries and functional disciplines — from briefing and market mapping through to assessment and appointment.
Beyond search delivery, you’ll contribute to leadership, talent and people consulting projects: work on challenges related to leadership effectiveness, talent strategy and organizational design.
You will also have the opportunity to leverage emerging AI-enabled tools (you understand vibe coding), talent intelligence platforms and innovative research methodologies to enhance search effectiveness, market intelligence and candidate engagement. At KennedyFitch, we believe technology should augment human expertise, not replace it, allowing our consultants to spend more time on relationship building, advisory work and creating meaningful outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking, relationship building and advisory work within an entrepreneurial and international environment.


What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Search Delivery: Lead and support executive search assignments end-to-end. Map talent markets, identify and engage high-caliber candidates, assess them against leadership capabilities and client culture, and guide both sides through to a successful outcome.
Client & Candidate Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and client stakeholders. Represent KennedyFitch professionally in the market. Act as a genuine advisor — to clients navigating leadership decisions and to candidates navigating career transitions.
Intelligence & Innovation: Develop insights into leadership trends, talent markets and industry developments. Explore and adopt AI-assisted research, workflow tools and talent intelligence platforms that strengthen search quality. Contribute ideas that improve how we work — and help us stay ahead.
What We’re Looking For
You may come from executive search, talent acquisition, HR business partnering or consulting. What matters most: you’re curious about people, motivated by relationships and comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
Experience
- 5–7 years in executive search, leadership hiring, consulting or HR
- Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with sourcing, CRM or talent intelligence tools
- International market exposure is a plus
You
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative and commercially minded
- A strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Curious about AI and new ways of working — without losing sight of human judgment
- Comfortable in a flexible, evolving environment where ownership matters

What success looks like:
After 12 months, you’ll have delivered four to six search assignments end-to-end, with at least one client returning for a follow-on mandate. You’ll have built a candidate network strong enough in one or two sectors that Partners pull you in early for briefings. And you’ll have introduced or shaped at least one improvement — in research methodology, tooling or candidate experience — that the team has adopted.

Languages
- English mandatory.
- German strongly preferred, particularly for Swiss and DACH-based clients.
- Additional European languages are highly valued.
Employment & Location
Open to direct employment (NL/CH) or contractor arrangements (rest of EU). You must have the right to work in the EU or CH.
Ways of Working
We are hybrid-first and flexible, with clients located across Europe. Zurich and Amsterdam are key KennedyFitch hubs, but we welcome applications from professionals across Europe. Candidates based in Switzerland and/or fluent in German are of particular interest given our growing client portfolio and ambitions in the Swiss market.
