Her impressive career features key positions at global brands such as Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, Credit Suisse, Prudential plc, and Zurich Insurance. This background has given her deep expertise in working closely with Executive Committees and Boards to translate high-level strategy into tangible business results, successfully leading diverse teams and complex change management initiatives.

A true champion of the People Strategy, Dalila covers the full spectrum of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Her perspective is inherently global, shaped by years of living and working in major markets including Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, Ireland, the US, and Asia.
