This background has given her deep expertise in working closely with Executive Committees and Boards to translate high-level strategy into tangible business results, successfully leading diverse teams and complex change management initiatives.

A true champion of the People Strategy, Dalila covers the full spectrum of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
