Employee Experience is a relatively new concept - many companies are deciding how they want to build and implement it. Most recommendations are vague and complex and there is precious little sound research. A good source of insight is how Marketing views the Customer Experience (CX). Some organizations e.g. Adobe are combining CX and EX insights.
As we complete this study at September 8, we will share examples of what works, promote those practices that drive actual business impact and provide you a framework and tools to best implement EX in your organizational context.
