Information Sharing: Who We Intend to Share Information With and Why
We do not rent or sell our customer e-mail lists. If you have registered to attend one of our events, we may share your personal information with the partners of that event to promote similar products and services related to your area of interest. Surveys & Promotions
From time to time KennedyFitch may run surveys and promotions and may request information from users as part of these. Participation in these is entirely voluntary.
Security
KennedyFitch takes precautions to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
Correcting, Updating or Removing Your Personal Information
KennedyFitch will make every attempt to keep your personal data accurate, complete and up to date. If your personal information is incorrect, changes, or if you no longer wish to receive information from KennedyFitch, we will endeavour to correct, update or remove your information as swiftly as possible. This can be done by e-mailing info@kennedyfitch.com or you can update this on your personal conference page if you are attending our conference or for newsletter subscribers via the link in the footer of the mailings.
Direct Marketing
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or promotional materials, you may opt-out of receiving these communications. You can do it by following the unsubscribe link placed in the footer of the promotional email or, if by post, by returning the letter to us with “unsubscribe” marked upon it. Or you can simply contact info@kennedyfitch.com and ask to be unsubscribed.
Please note that if you opt out as described above, this will apply to marketing messages from us only. We will not be able to remove your Personal Information from the database of any other Users you have shared such information or from third parties to whom you have previously authorised us to share such information (i.e., to which we have already provided your Personal Information as of the date that we implement your opt-out request). Please also note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, and you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.

KENNEDYFITCH reserves the right to amend the privacy notice. In such case the ‘last updated’ date will be amended accordingly, and you will be informed via statement prominently displayed on the website.

KENNEDYFITCH respects your right to privacy. We ensure all data is managed lawfully, fairly and transparently. We use third parties to also acquire data, we hold those parties to the same high standard. You have a right to be forgotten and can email us at info@kennedyfitch.com to request your personal data or any information related to privacy.
Data Storage and Retention
The personal data we hold is stored on servers and on the servers of cloud-based database management services. KENNEDYFITCH retains data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the KENNEDYFITCH. We only email contacts with whom we have had a business relationship, individuals who may have enquired about an event in the last 6 months or who have opted in to receive our marketing communications. Should you receive an unsolicited email from KENNEDYFITCH please email info@kennedyfitch.com and we will remove your details within 48 hours.
Transfer

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, international destinations, including destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This Privacy Policy does not cover your use of the Credit Card Services in connection with your Credit Card Account. Your use of your Credit Card Account and the Credit Card Services is covered by the User Agreement and the Credit Card Privacy Policy that you agreed to when you opened your Credit Card Account, as may be amended from time to time. This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the KENNEDYFITCH Application, Site or Services. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, Web sites, products or services that we do not control or own, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, or any third party features or services made available via KENNEDYFITCH, such as the Credit Card Services.
