How I work as a Search Consultant:

For more than 15 years, I am used to work with Business leaders to translate their constantly changing business scenarios (being growth plans, reorganisations or M&A situations)  into talent needs and support them to find not only the right technical skill set but also an added value to their team and culture from a personality and attitude perspective.

I have a passion for diversity and truly think that diverse teams broaden perspectives and come to more innovative ideas and better performance. Attracting the most wanted target group requires to know what is important for them and what they are really looking for. Being used to work very closely with candidates is the key for these successful hires.

How I work as a Consultant:

My consulting experience focuses on talent and how to deal with talent. Understanding the employees, their motivation, potential and driver and be able to empower them to make them perform and grow to bring the company to the next level is the most crucial part of being a business leader. One of the most precious feedback from a client was that I made him see his team members like he has never seen them before and he finally found the blind spots to work on. To give this outside perspective and new input to find these spots and work together on customised solutions is what motivates me most when working with clients.

How I work as a Coach:

My coaching experience is to support in difficult times of reorganisations and M&A. How do leaders help their employees and communicate while they deal with their own insecurity? How can employees best be prepared for upcoming scenarios after the reorganisations and mergers and stay confident and motivated during sometimes long periods of uncertainty? How can talented people be retained? I have dealt with many of these questions and am convinced that even in challenging situations, employees who are listened to and feel taken care of will focus better and do their best during these times.
