Jay Ramakrishnan

Jay Ramakrishnan brings 15+ years of deep and broad human resources and organizational development experience to KennedyFitch's talent consulting unit. Having held HR leadership positions in Europe, North and South America for Ford Motor Company, Syngenta and KRAFT, she has an innate understanding of leading HR and talent management practices in an international context. She holds a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA in General Business from the University of Mississippi. Jay is currently on an assignment with Unilever Global Supply Chain.
