Future of Work webinar with Els van der Helm

Sleep deprivation is a global epidemic that affects not only employees’ health, but also productivity and leadership behaviour at work. This webinar focuses on the importance of sleep for the company, highlighting what an organization can do to improve the sleep of its employees. The main takeaways are the benefits of good sleep, how sleep works, and practical recommendations on how to improve your own sleep and that of your employees.

Dr. Els van der Helm is the founder of Shleep – the sleep company. Shleep serves global clients, both businesses and leaders, to help improve their performance through better sleep management. Els was a Fulbright Scholar and has her Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Masters’ Degree in Neurosciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She worked at McKinsey before she founded Shleep.
