Candidate Placement: Connecting typical KennedyFitch candidates with prime employers. Our candidates have a completed university degree ideally combined with a postgraduate degree (MBA, PhD etc) and a distinguishing, preferably international experience coming from a well recognized Brand/Industry.

Talent pipeline development: For a number of prime companies we continuously source promising candidates for their "talent pipeline". These candidates typically are ready for a career transition and have on average 3-7 years of work experience.

Assessment solutions: KennedyFitch has a unique approach to "executive effectiveness" and provides assessment solutions that predict success in current and future roles.
